Between 2017 and 2019, judicial proceedings took place in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela within a family inheritance dispute involving Luis Atencio Atencio, to whom Noel Arturo Manzano Chirinos had provided services as a financial adviser.
The Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice assumed jurisdiction through Decision No. 0806 of November 22, 2018. On January 31, 2019, the parties filed written withdrawals of the complaints and private accusation.
Ruling No. 0094 of April 25, 2019 approved the withdrawals, ordered the lifting of the precautionary measures imposed during the proceedings—including restrictions placed on Noel Arturo Manzano Chirinos—directed the corresponding notifications and ordered the case file closed.
